Paul's Tree Service first became a client of EBO Consulting in the fall of 2018. The initial goal was to shift their existing job scheduling and bookkeeping systems from analog to digital. Nearly four years on and we are proud to say that Paul's Tree Service is our longest-serving client! We continue to provide systems support, HR solutions, and day-to-day business advice for this stellar Alaska tree care business.

We initially created an agile communication system that responds to a dynamic and ever-increasing workload. As operations have expanded, EBO centralized administrative operations by onboarding an Office Manager. Additionally, EBO has provided HR support including development of onboarding processes, screening applicants, and managing documentation/records.
